Trinity Groves is a restaurant incubator adaptive-reuse development in West Dallas.  Selzer Associates converted an old shipping terminal to café tenant spaces and dining terraces spilling out into the former dockyard.  The industrial feel of the earlier use was used to provide a distinctive pedestrian oriented development.
